I also learned that, when combined with a high fiber diet, aerobic exercise (like hiking, biking, jogging or walking) plays a crucial part in helping you lose belly fat fast! Aerobic exercise that is sustained for a half and hour or more three times a week will really speed up the process and you will reach your goal faster than you ever thought possible.
