The foods suitable for people in this type are quite complicated as they are mixed with A and B blood types. The foods that are good for people in the blood type A and B are also good for people in this type, but they should be strict to what to eat. Vegetarian foods will greatly benefit the body, but do not take too much milk and egg. Take some protein from seafood, tofu, red meat, lamb, venison, and rabbit but in the fewer amounts so that the body can well digest. Normally, people in this blood type have weak immune system so they should take lots of fresh veggies because these are the good source in preventing cancer and heart disease that can easily affect people in type AB. For fruits, they can consider just few like grapes, plum, and berries because these fruits are medium acidic that can help in the balance of tissues due to the consuming of starch and rice.
