When we think about our problems too much, possibility is, they will exist even if they're not supposed to. We already have enough troubles for today. Thinking about our future troubles will only double the troubles that we have today. Eventually they will stack up and we will have more problems that we can handle.

When we are too focused on our worries, it distracts us spiritually, emotionally, mentally and socially. We sometimes forget about the things that really matter. We forget about the people we care about. Worrying only disconnects us from others.

Denying our worries is inevitable. There is no sense in doing that because it's a part of us. We just need to make sure that we are not consumed in it. We need to make sure we learn how to take control of them instead of our worries controlling us. We need to focus on the the things that we need to do to make everything better instead of just worrying about them.
