Around 9 hours after you ate your dinner, the calories readily available from your previous meal, from the stored carbohydrate, and from the circulating fat, are more likely used up. This is now the right time for your body to start mobilizing the fat from the storage and start utilizing it for metabolism. This period of fat mobilization is when the body is supposed to naturally burn fat while you sleep.

2. Stimulate the Fat Burning Furnace of Your Body

You don't have to do anything to heat up your body's fat burning furnace but to eat breakfast about ten to twelve hours after you ate dinner. Ideally, when you eat breakfast, your body's fat burning furnace is already at its peak for approximately three hours, and this period is from 9 to 12 hours after you ate your dinner. That is what you actually need to optimize your metabolism to naturally burn fat while you sleep.

3. Do not Destruct your Prime Fat-burning Time with Bedtime Snacks

Having midnight snacks will not do you any good because they will only destruct the fat-burning time of your body. Because of the normal biochemistry, the body system and activities are easily interrupted. If this seems a big challenge for you, you may have to deal with some bad habits, improper lifestyle, or underlying health problems, because if you really want your body to burn fat while you sleep, you should be ready to allow your body to use the stored fats each night. This is the best way to stimulate the power of fat metabolism.

The answer is yes; however, if you are suffering from health problems like thyroid deficiency, hormonal imbalance, diabetes, and others, it may hard for you to do it.
