It seems that when it comes to dieting, everyone boasts that they have a secret to tell on how they diet, exercise or shape the body they have today. Since celebrities are some of the most visible characters throughout the world, many individuals tend to listen to what they say and try to follow their every move. If a celebrity endorses a weight loss product or new diet, chances are that many will flock to purchase the product or begin the new ?fad? diet. Sometimes following celebrity diet advice is just like any other diet or exercise plan: some things work better for others, while other do not.
