Eat three meals a day. Have two or three planned snacks daily. Stop the extra munching only concentrate on taking main 3 meals a day like breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Do not keep food in any room in your house except the kitchen. Do not keep food such as cookies out on the counters.

Do not take junk food in excess amount and on daily basis. Whenever you are having junk food, spicy food, burger, pizza, snacks outside, dinner outside, etc always have a glass of warm water before bed.

Increase the habit of taking excess amount of water, fruits. Drink six to eight glasses of water in a day.

Instead of taking heavy dinner, take light dinner and that should be 1 or 2 hour before going to bed. Make a habit of taking walk after dinner meal so that body can easily digest the food.

When it comes to good health and weight loss, exercise and diet are inter-related.
