Two main factors are mandatory for loosing fat. The first one is to minimize the calories by following a diet for prolong period of time. The second component is to burn excess of calories by doing exercises on regular basis. Aerobics, jogging and cardio are the best for burning calories.

  • Fat: home made dressings with olive oil and herbs, fatty fish like salmon or mackerel.
  • Fiber: especially beneficial in the morning, it helps to clean our body from food waste and leftovers that mainly accumulating in our colon. Source of good fiber is presented by nuts, bran, apples, raspberries and so on.

By following those simple steps you not only will loose weight but also gain a plenty of energy and beaming health.
