Stomach fat...what a pain. Sure, you would like to lose weight all over, but that stomach is what really bothers you. You and a billion other people.

Do you do what most people do?

You’re just sitting there, wishing that bulge under your chest would just disappear, and watching television when a commercial comes on. It’s telling you how quickly their which-a-ma-jigger will take that weight off your stomach. It has your rapt attention.

“Wow, all I have to do is buy it and I am guaranteed to lose 3 to 15 inches off my waist, have firm, flat abs, and persons of the opposite sex chasing me down the street or my money back.”

Sounds great, doesn’t it. But if you have fallen for the latest gadget, thing-a-ma-bob, or which-a-ma-jigger sales pitch and shelled out your hard-earned money to buy one, you have been sorely disappointed.

Weight loss just doesn’t happen that way.

You Cannot Spot Reduce – It Is Impossible

Why is it impossible to lose weight in the place of your choice?

Because your body alone decides where the weight will come off when you have a deficit of calories. No you cannot tell your body where to lose the weight, and, yes, those infomercials are lying to you…they just want your money.

The Only Way To Lose Stomach Fat (Or Any Other Fat)

Okay, all is not lost. You can lose that stomach, back, hip, and leg fat by adhering to the following steps:

1. Eat a healthy calorie deficit diet.

Your body requires a certain amount of calories to stay the same weight. So, if you take in fewer calories your body will have to burn fat to keep going.

2. Create a greater calorie deficit by burning calories through exercise.

Okay, if you are already creating a calorie deficit through diet, then when you burn more calories through exercise, you will lose even more fat.

3. Increase your metabolism through building firm muscles.

Relax ladies, I don’t mean you have to weight-train yourself into manliness. Just firm those muscles to make them fat-burning machines. You see, exercise and firm muscles will raise your metabolism so that they will even burn calories while you rest.

Follow the advice above and, in time, you will lose weight, unwanted stomach fat, and fat everywhere else. And you will become a more fit, healthier and slimmer you in the process.
