You think you are drinking enough water, but how much are you really drinking? Many people feel like they are hydrated simply because they drink a lot of soda or other liquids. Nothing is the same as water, not even those "hydration drinks" like Gatorade. In fact, many of these drinks cause you to gain weight!

Secondly, you can't eliminate waste without proper hydration. During the weight loss process your body is burning fat stores. What happens when you burn something? Ashes are left behind.
