The majority of people travel a path of least resistance.They are very happy to maintain the status quo. We are all apprehensive about change, because we do not know what the change will bring. If you profess to be a Christian I would strongly recommend that you use a Christian coach.

A good coach does not simply deal with diet and nutrition. They will help you establish an appropriate exercise program as well. I have yet to find a weight loss program that is not at least enhanced with exercise. If you do not enjoy the exercise you will not do it. Many times adding a social dimension to an exercise program makes it much more successful.

When an individual is losing weight there is a need to understand that your body is detoxifying as you are losing weight. A good coach will recommend quality supplements that will both nourish your system and assistant detoxification.

In conclusion a good coach can guide you through many pitfalls and greatly enhance your potential success. He can help you understand why many things have limited success. He will encourage and affirm you toward your goal.
