     What is the best way to lose weight? In the course of my experience in losing weight I have studied about weight loss methods for many years. As a result,I found that basically, there are three methods for losing weight. Diet, exercise and fitness supplements.

1.Diet

Diet is considered as an effective method for losing weight. At the same time diet is accompanied by pain.In my experience,I could diet only in short period of time.As days go by, I was unable to control my appetite.

This means that eating is one of the basic human necessities. For human, it is impossible to live without eating. And it is necessary to provide the human body with all the essential nutrients required to be healthy.Therefore, extreme diet can get into more risky for the human body. For this reason it is important to keep Adequate diet in mind.

2.Exercise

The key to successful weight loss is developing exercise habits.You became more active by exercise. Being active is also a critical point of a weight-loss program. Because in the condition that you are active, your body is using energy (calories) to work. And this leads to burn the calories you take in with food you eat. But exercise also have disadvantage. For example, we,modern people usually very busy and do not have a lot of time to devote exercise.

3.Diet Supplement

Based on my experience in losing weight over the years, I found that diet and exercise is not enough for losing weight. Because diet and exercise sometimes go through a painful process and need a lot of effort. For example, whatever activity you choose, do it regularly. Aim for at least 150 minutes a week of moderate physical activity or 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic activity. Also,in my experience,I could diet only in short period of time. As days go by, I was unable to control my appetite.

But Weight loss by diet supplements is painless for you. And besides you do not have to take time to use diet supplements.
