The Weight Loss Secret Nobody Told You

     You can lose weight and there is no question about it. There is a secret to all success that few people know and I am going to spell it out to you in this brief article.

Weight loss success is not natural. That's right. Losing weight is not a natural process. As a matter of fact I will make an even bolder statement. Success is not a natural process. Here's why.

Self Discipline is not natural. It goes against your own grain. Discipline does not come naturally to the human being.

Creativity DOES come naturally. So your creative mind is always working to give you new ideas as to how you can eat what ever you want.You have an unending supply of great ideas about eating good food that you crave.

So here is the solution and I want to apologize in advance for it because this answer carries with it the secret to all success but there is a catch.

The catch is-- you must be fanatically disciplined, unnaturally strict with your adherence to a certain way of doing things. When you understand that this process is the only way, you start to have ah ha moments. It all comes together when you finally understand that success is completely NOT a process that we humans do willingly.

The funny thing about this is that when you understand it, it becomes so easy to do. Becasue you know you have to just stop arguing with yourself and do it. There truly is no other way. Self discipline becomes a routine. You get gentler on yourself , realizing that it's not YOU who is a loser for not wanting to do those things. The system you are caught in is the culprit.

Here's how to do it.

Figure out what has to happen for you to lose weight.

Figure out how much of that you can tolerate every day.

Set up a schedule of doing that every day. No more, no less.

Do not be a hero. Just do that day's amount, then forget about it. You must be somewhat fanatical abou it all. You must go beyond your own desire to stop. Just be balanced in your thinking and don't do anything weird that sends you into a dysfunctional disorder.

If you set up a schedule to walk or sprint daily. Do it not matter what. Be a fanatic about it. Rain, snow, bad cold, airport terminal, ballgame stadium, family emergency-- nothing stops you. Nothing.

If you set up a schedule of calories, or low carb, or mediteranian diet, or low fat- green drinks- salads, then do that and stay with it day after day after day. Nothing stops you.

Observe as your mind naturally comes up with creative ways to get off track. Smile at your own thinking. Revert to staying on track playing the role of an obsessed compulsory person.

Is this approach strange? Not in the least. Here's why. Studies done on the most successfull people in history show that every single one of them did it or, if still living and successful, does it this way. It is not a fancy process and does not require a lot of money. It absolutley works and furthermore, if you become successful at anything - this process is how you will do it.

It get's much easier as you continue. Habits actually form around this way of doing things and you become the person you wanted to be. Remember, discipline is not natural. Creativity is. You are working with these two forces to get the outcome you want.
