     Using affirmations to lose weight can be very significant but the essential focus of the affirmations should be to affirm a healthy life style instead of simply focusing on losing weight. We gain weight because of some unhealthy zero in in ur life. Usually its stress related and we dependente food to pacify ourselves. If we come to a place where we delight and accept ourselves we can better handle the stresses of our life.
To lose weight and keep it off for a lifetime requires changing our lifestyle. We did not gain all the weight over night so please do not expect it all to come off in one night or one week. This will be a slow process but it is worth the time an toil. You deserve to be full of life and reap the benefits your life more than that.

I control my thoughts
I choose to eat healthy foods
I treat my body with love and kindness
I exercise at least 15 minutes every day

You beyond question are what you think about. If you think you are a failure then you will act like a loser. If you think you are friendly then you will act friendly. But the truth is we all have something helpful about ourselves. Even if no one ever tells you that you are smashing you can tell yourself. You literally can give support yourself. Get into a habit of only saying effective affirmations about yourself. You will always come to believe what you say over and over again. Please dont allow adverse thoughts to build up in your mind, and ruin your life. Always call to mind that you are important. You have a particular purpose. You really are very special. Please believe it, say it, and affirm it, because its certainly true.
Luckily, I came across an article about affirmations many years ago and thought I would try them out for myself. I started to read books and other resources about positive thinking and saw exactly what it could do for you. I began to observe that the people in the world who had a positive outlook on life tended to be those who were the chipper and most successful. I started out with innocent affirmations like "I feel great" or "I am so happy and grateful that I have such an amazing job." After using these positive thinking techniques for a few weeks, I started to notice a transfigure in my behavior. I realized that affirmations really do have the ability to change your life. Today, I am a much happier person and Ive been fortunate in almost everything Ive tried.
In reality, the way you think has the potential to change your life for better or for worse. If you regularly fill your mind with negative thoughts and statements, you will feel worse about your state. Take the time to renew your mind from day to day and you will feel much different because of it. Before long, youll start winning in life and have the desire to share this system with others.
