You can pump your arms like you are running, do bicep curls or even lift your hands above your head and work your shoulders. The more that you are able to use your arms the better your workout will be or your body.

When you want to incorporate some exercises for your abdomen you have to start turning your body from side to side. This means that your hips should stay in the same place and you should be working the muscles on your sides.
