The Easiest Way to Naturally Lose 10 lbs. Fast... and Keep it Off Permanently

     There must be some reason why some dieters succeed and others don't.
I have clients who have been on and off of traditional "diets" for years... some of them have had no success, some lose weight then gain it all back, and others have been successful at losing the weight and keeping it off permanently.
What separates those who are able to make long term changes and reach their goals and those who cannot?
In my practice as a hypnotherapist, what I've found is that there are several reasons why traditional diets just don't work for everyone... but more imortantly, what I've discovered is that, most of the time and regardless of the diet program itself, there are several very specific reasons why people fail at dieting or trying to lose weight.
The biggest reason is simple - they just quit. That's it. No magic, no "extra carbs" no lack of exercise -- they just simply quit trying.
There are many reasons that quitting a diet can be appealing.
Among my clients I hear it all of the time; "It was too hard to find the
healthy foods..." or "healthy foods just cost too much" how about "I just
couldn't find the time to exercise regularly and when I did - I hated it!"
I've heard it all over the years... from "I guess I am just meant to be
fat" to the "It's too late and I'm too old to fix it now - after trying everything I just know that nothing is going to work anyway."
In fact, just last week Renea M., one of my newest clients told me this one:
"my family just won't eat healthy and I have to buy the foods they want -
which just makes me eat it myself so I can't diet. It's really their fault
that I don't get the support I need."
You might be laughing, but she wasn't I assure you. Her reason was very
real to her.
The next biggest reason that I hear from clients why they can't
succeed on a weight loss program is expressed pretty well in a
statement that Joan E. explained to me this morning when
I asked her why she was looking to start working with me to help
her lose weight;
"I just hate healthy foods... in fact, I crave junk foods and just hate
having to be miserable and constantly sacrificing myself while everyone
else around me is enjoying their food while suffer with a small bowl of
tasteless rabit food with oil and vinegar on it... UGH!"
At least she's honest about how she feels.
So, without going into the hundreds of other reasons and excuses that
people express to me when I first interview them for my programs, let's
answer the big question I started out with here today....
Why is it that some people succeed on a diet and others, on the same
diet, fail?
Mostly, it comes down to something you can't even see... it's not on the
outside, it's on the inside.
Just look at the reasons that my clients give... let me ask you, if they could step back and see those reasons the same way the successful dieter does and if they could overcome the excuses and learn to enjoy and crave healthy foods instead of junk foods, or desire to do exercise instead of dreading it or learn to eat correctly and enjoy it, even if others around them do not... would they be failing do you think?
The fact is... they would not.
No more quiting, no more complaining, no more feeling like a suffering
dieter... just the joy of being healthy and doing the right things for your
body and your health.
Not only that... but what if you could create that kind of attitude for yourself AND lose 10lbs. almost at will.... whenever you want to - 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, pounds just melting off of you because you LIKE losing weight and you no longer feel like you are suffering through a "Diet" but now you are living a happy, healthy lifestyle and feeling great.
