1. Water, water, water and more water. Drink as much water every single day. Your goal is to drink more than 20 glasses of water every day.

Is this possible? Of course it is. Drink water even you are not thirsty. Drink two glasses of water before eating a meal. Drink water every fifteen minutes.

When you are drinking much water, it will seem like your belly is like always full. You won't want too much food hence; here is where you are having your diet.

Your cells will be more than happy being in a state of swimming in their cytoplasm and you are giving them a treat. Being hydrated is healthy for every kind of cell in your body. Moreover, you won't be having a hard time moving your bowels.

Buy as many fruits and vegetables as you want and eat them when you feel hungry. Eat the fruits raw and steam or boil the vegetables. Don't forget to drink water after each time you eat a fruit or vegetable.

4. Schedule an exercise each week. If you are busy, you can schedule an exercise even twice a week before bedtime. Make some stretches and some repeated body movements and do this for 15 minutes. Do this exercise 25 minutes after your dinner.

After exercise, don't sleep yet. Drink two glasses of water and rest in your sofa for 15 minutes. After then you can have your sleep in your comfortable bed. I bet you will have the best of sleep.

If you are not so busy, you can walk every morning. Walk your dog around the park. You know it like everybody does, walking is the best exercise.
