Tummy Fat

     Tummy Fat! It seems that it's the first thing we see when we look in the mirror. Tummy fat causes that bad feeling when you're trying to buckle that belt or zip up those Levis. It's why many feel subconscious in bathing suits or just don't wear them at all during the summer. Tummy fat seems to be a reminder or indicator of middle age because as the years go by it seems to increase and becomes harder and harder to get rid of, regardless of what fad diet we try (again!) or how much we exercise.

Tummy fat, or belly fat, is the constant reminder of the battle of weight gain and fat storage for many people. It is another reason why so many diets fail and people give up on the battle against fat, especially fat around the waistline. Sure, they do lose weight and sometimes a good amount. But they hit a point where this stops and no matter what they do there are areas on the body where the fat just won't go away and they submitted to the false realization that this tummy fat is "inherited" and just part of their genetic makeup.

Many people think that our tummy is the storehouse of all fat. Hence they believe that once they manage to get rid of tummy fat, they will become slimmer. This is a big misconception. Our tummy holds only about fifty percent of our body fat. The rest of the fifty per cent of body fat is spread over the rest of our body. This is why it is essential for you to concentrate on other parts of the body as well and not just on your tummy. Since crunches and sit-ups can only trim your tummy, you need to do other kinds of exercises in order to burn fat from other parts of your body.

In this article, I will tell you about these exercises:

1.#Walking is also a great aerobic exercise, and puts all your muscles to work together. To avoid getting dehydrated, you should drink plenty of water before walking.

2.#Another way to burn fat is to do yoga. This exercise can do wonders for your abs and back.

3.#Total body workouts are a great way to burn tummy fat because of how effective they are at adding lean muscle mass all over your body.

Here is an example of what a total body workout to burn fat might look like:

* Inverted pushups

*. Lunges

* Seated row

* Hamstring leg curls on a stability ball

* Ab crunches on a stability ball

* Med ball squat, curl, and press

4. This is the cornerstone to effectively burn fat. If you do not have the right diet, then no amount of exercise is going to help! The main thing you want to concentrate on with your diet is to eat the small meals of protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats. If you eat these in small meals 4-6 times per day, you will not feel hungry as often and your blood sugar will stay more level.

5. Interval Training is by far the most effective way to boost metabolism and burn fat. It not only boosts your metabolism during the workout, you will also burn fat even while you are asleep!

6. Hook yourself up with three solid meals and fruits like bananas and grapefruit.

If you put effort into learning about the things mentioned in the four bullet points above, you can put your body into fat burning mode and magical things will happen to your weight and overall health.
