Instead of drinking soda, people should replace it with water and not only that, they should drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Water is like their natural purifier. But people should keep in mind, water does help with weight loss only when combined with the proper diet and a lot of training every day it will bring the wanted results. And now that people have started with the regular intake the body will feel free to get rid of all the negative and excessive water in their ankles for example. Therefore, the body is now sure that there is no need to supply any water and flush the extra away. There is a good reason why water is great and helps a lot in the diet. First it helps the body get rid of all the negative components that people intake and then it is calorie and fat free. Any other juice that they might drink holds calories that they eventually have to burn. With water which is sometimes called the negative calorie food, people don't have that problem.
