If you wish to get and enjoy the healthy weight, you must extra initiative to take care of your eating habits and to rectify it if you find something not desirable for you and your body.

*Do not take any food stuff which has high protein capacity. Such food items should increase the fat in your body which is harmful for you.

*Do not eat too much and do not overload your stomach with some unwanted stuff.

*Take small intakes at regular intervals of time and don't leave your stomach empty.

*Before swallowing the food, chew it properly and completely.

*You must take adequate amount of milk and milk product in your diet regularly. It is better for you to take freshly prepared cheese as it contains less amount of fat.

*Avoid food that has high level of processed sugar. Avoid eating pastries, cakes and other junk food.

*Take red tea and lime water instead of fruit juice and soda water.

*Workouts are also important for you. So a regular visit to a gym should be very useful for you.

*Do your exercises in the presence of your trainer.Don't take chances to do it alone.

*Prepare a workout schedule for yourself and do your exercises according to this schedule.

*Do not perform more than 10 repetitions for exercises of each muscle group.

*Do exercises for 4 to 5 muscle groups everyday.

*Do exercises which your body can accept and tolerate.
