  • You must drink water in the adequate quantity everyday as you won't get ant other substitute for water. The water slows down the process of metabolism due to which fat does not get stored in man's body.


  • You are suggested to take adequate quantity of fiber in your food. This fiber, (it is also known as roughage), protects the cell walls from getting affected by the fat.


  • Apart from diet, you should also concentrate on physical workouts. I would suggest you to join a gym as it has proved to be a very effective place for the purpose. Under the guidance from an expert trainer, do the exercises as recommended by him as they are very useful for losing and burning fat in your body. In recent times, the practice of Yoga exercises has proved to be a very effective weapon to fight against fat and obesity. All these exercises or Yoga exercises are meant to burn the excessive amount of fat in your body, so that you could get rid of this harmful thing from your body as soon as possible.
