So, a person must get all the instructions and details from a dietitian or any professionally educated trainers. Because know best what a person requires and how much his or her body can take.

First and foremost a person should adapt an eating plan that is healthy and fit, which should be a balanced diet including all the food groups, like protein, carbohydrate, minerals, vitamins and all the other nutrients.



A person must eat six small meals a day. And these six small meals must contain all the food groups like nutrients, vitamins, proteins, carbohydrate, water, salt, minerals, fats etc. As the body requires each one of these for the proper weight loss and fat burning process, he or she must eat vegetables as they have very less calories to almost nil. Have poultry like chicken, eggs etc, avoid red meat, have milk and yogurt, have food which are high in fiber content, try to avoid packed or canned food with unsaturated oil content or fat content, instead use olive oil. Start using cooking methods like boiling, grilling, steaming, poaching, baking, instead of frying etc, as they use less oil in the process.

But, apart from following a healthy diet and an eating plan, a person must do exercise and work outs, 3 to 4 days in a week, especially exercises like aerobics, yoga, walking, jogging, jumping the rope, cycling etc. Taking up sports like swimming, playing soccer and many other sports activities is always helpful. Dancing is also the best way to lose the unwanted and extra body fat. Dance routines like salsa, ballad, tap dancing etc. All these power activities would definitely the best way to lose the body fat. So, proper exercise and work outs would be a safe and a positive way to lose weight.

But the most important point is, to drink a lot of water. A person must drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday, because water helps in the production of tissues and cells, and also helps to wash out all the toxic wastes from the body. Taking rest is also important. So, a person must take 8 hours of sleep everyday. These are the safe methods and ways by which a person can reduce weight or have weight loss.
