We give you mouthwatering meals with fresh ingredients because we would not offer you something that we would not eat ourselves. This means you won't find any Trans fats, artificial colorings, MSG, chemical fillers, nitrates, added sulfites or the artificial sweetener aspartame in our entrees.

We offer two diet meal plans

To help you meet your goals, we have two diet meal plans.

We have a men and a women's program. These diet meal plans focus on metabolism correction so that you not only lose fat, but you keep it off too. Isn't that the ultimate goal? Our diet meal plans essentially adjust your specific metabolic weight and are enabled to achieve successful lifetime weight-maintenance. Our registered dieticians plan your daily and weekly menus so you can enjoy great tasting, real food while you lose weight. The balanced nutrition in our entrees retains your body to sustain healthy and effective weight-loss.

Once you choose your program, you will have the option of five or seven day diet meal plans. Each option comes with three meals-breakfast, lunch and dinner-a day. Both offers will have the option to include EATS, essential and tasty treats. The only difference is that the seven-day diet meal plan includes the My Night feature. This gives program members the option to cook a meal for themselves, take a night off and just do whatever they chose because this is their night.
