TACO SCRAMBLED EGGS

TACO SCRAMBLED EGGS
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 batch of leftover taco meat
2 eggs
1 ounce cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon Taco Bell taco sauce

Melt the butter in a small frying pan. Add the meat and heat; stir in the eggs, cheese and taco sauce. Scramble and stir until the egg is cooked.

Makes 1 serving
Do not freeze

Per Serving: 334 Calories; 24g Fat; 26g Protein; 2g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 1.5g Net Carbs

This wasn't a great dish, but it was a quick breakfast.
