COUNTRY CAULIFLOWER SALAD

COUNTRY CAULIFLOWER SALAD
4-5 slices bacon, chopped
1 pound fresh cauliflower, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste

Fry the bacon until crisp; drain the fat. Combine all of the ingredients and chill well before serving.

Makes 6-8 servings
Do not freeze
