Teens! Do You Really Need To Lose Weight?

This question may seem like a no-brainer to you, but not everyone needs to lose weight. Too often, many teens focus on attaining unhealthy weight levels to have a better image of themselves. They blindly pursue and to try achieve their perception of what their ideal body image should be.

They get caught up in unhealthy eating practices, even to the extent of eating and barfing so that they may either lose weight, remain slim or look like some film star or idol. There are many names given for these types of eatinghabits two of which are "Yo-Yo" dieting and "Eating Disorders".

With the many major advances in visual media marketing through medians like the TV, magazines, internet, movies and Hollywood, it is quite easy to understand and recognize why teens have such distorted views of what their bodies should look like.

Many try to mold their bodies to have the look of celebrities, who are often known more for how they look rather than what they have accomplished. Teens need to recognize and accept that not all body structures and shapes are the same and that these difference are primarily due to their genealogies, what they eat, and the lack of exercise.

It is important for teenagers to understand and accept "what should be their ideal weights" and "how these weights are calculated". They also need to understand and use the procedures or guidelines provided for safe weight loss before considering or entertaining any weight loss program.

The Real Issue Here is: "Whether Teens Really Need to Lose Weight?"

Teens need to COMPARE their present weight levels AGAINST the norms for their respective Heights, Body Weights, Body Mass and Body Frame sizes in order to determine whether weight loss is necessary in the first place, or not. They should consult their doctors or dietary physicians before implementing any program to lose weight to determine their ideal weights, then follow the advice provided by them. The failure to follow this advice may lead to unhealthy weight loss, increased risk of harmful diseases or even possibly death.

Teens, before you decide on a diet or weight loss program, you owe to yourself to take the time to make the effort to determine whether you need to lose weight or whether your body image perception is distorted.

For Many Teens Weight Loss is NOT a Necessity, but a DISTORTED Fantasy or Perception which NEEDS to be Validated, and if WRONG,Corrected.

However, if should it be determined that you need to lose weight, you should consider using diet supplement pills, in addition to physical exercise and a healthy diet, as an added boost. Hunger pangs which will occur once a diet program is implemented and will have to be reduced or eliminated .

You should consider using supplements pills that are not only 100% pure and natural, but which will also provide you with the help you need to curb those persistent hunger pangs, boost your energy and which do not have any know side effects.

Proactol, ProShape RX and the Acai Berry Active Weight Loss Formula Pills are supplements "proven to work", but they are by no means the only supplements that are available.

You don't have to be a teenager to use the information outlined above, the same also applies for adults.
