Weight Loss Is As Simple As Moving Your Behind!

What happens when you move your body? Do you feel more energized? More alive? More focused and clear? Whenever you get your behind up and moving you are tapping into one of the greatest tools you have available to you in your weight loss efforts.

Motion is at the foundation of your very body. Every single one of the trillions of cells in your body, when broken down to their smallest compartments becomes pure ever-moving vibrational energy. Your body is constantly moving. Your cells are constantly vibrating and working hard to run the incredible number of process' that drive your body and keep you living each day.

However, you can influence the speed at which your cells vibrate and thus the energy levels you experience. The faster the vibration the more efficient everything in your body becomes. A slower vibration will cause your body's efficiency to carry out all it's process' to decrease.

So what does this have to do with your weight loss efforts? Well, let me ask you another question: Do you think your body will lose weight more efficiently when all it's process' are working well or not working so well? The answer is obvious. When all the process' of your body are working better, your body becomes much more efficient at losing those extra pounds that you frown at when you pass the mirror.

So get moving! Forget exercise for a moment. Now, I'm not saying to forget structured exercise all together. Structured exercise is incredible and can be done gently to aid your body in profound weight loss. However, what if you could simply form the habit of getting up and moving a little more? What do you think may happen then? It's a great question isn't it?

Do you want to know the answer? You would start losing weight easier and quicker. Invariably, people who are struggling to lose weight make complaints of a slow metabolism. Well metabolism, like everything in life will either get better or worse. And guess what? We are the ones determining which way it goes! And one major determining factor is how much we move our bodies on a day-to-day basis.

Imagine a car sat in its garage. Not much movement going on, right? Now imagine that car driving 30 MPH down the road. You can feel a different energy now. There is more heat, more energy, more noise, more movement. Now envision that same car hurtling around a race track at 130MPH! Feel the shakes, hear the noise, feel the heat from the engine, see the incredible movement.

And what happens when you sit that car in the garage for a long period of time? It begins to lose it's ability to function properly. Just like your body when you sit on the couch for hours on end, or at your office desk all day. How about the commute to work sat in your car seat or the bus or train seat. Are you activating your incredible energy source within you and turning your body into a fast vibration, fat metabolizing 130MPH dream machine or is it sat in the garage slowly rusting away?

So, as always the answer is simple: Move Your Body More! Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk to the shops instead of driving. Walk the dog. Walk with friends instead of sitting for coffee. Stand at your desk sometimes during your day instead of sitting still the entire 9 hour shift! Take every opportunity you get to move your body. Do it until it becomes habit and you no longer want to be still except at pre-determined times of rest.

And finally, to radically change the way you move your body, do the following: Move and play like a child plays. At least once per day, in the privacy of your own home if you prefer, jump around, shout, scream, cheer, throw your arms in the air, skip and hop, even if only for one minute per day. This is one of the best activities you can imagine for creating a great state of vibration within your entire body. Try it and you will feel exactly what I mean.
