Here is how to get rid of love handles:

1) Eat 5-6 times per day meals that are nutritious and well balanced. You are not eating huge meals here, you are eating small meals that assure your body that there is no need to store energy as fat because there is a steady supply of food available. Each day your body needs to have made a net loss of calories so do not be tempted to fill yourself full avoid fatty food at any time.

2) Follow a good weight loss exercise schedule.
