Weight Loss: Go The Extra Mile

     Weight loss has become one of the biggest worries for most people across the world today. Getting rid of excess weight can be very challenging especially when you have excess pounds to eliminate. most of the people do not look it seriously that their body is gaining fat until it become late , a serious health problem like obesity and they have to put extra hard work to reduce that fat. There are many reason which leads to weight gain:

Lack of Sleep

When you're sleep deprived, your body can't work to its best ability. The body's reacts to a lack of sleep by storing fat.

Lack of Fatty Acids

Not all fats are bad for you. Fatty acids like those contained in flaxseed oil help you to maintain your metabolism and curb unhealthy food cravings.

Diseases and Illness

There are a number of diseases and illness that can cause weight gain. Ovarian cysts can cause a woman to gain up to 30 pounds over a short period of time. Problems with the liver, kidneys and heart can be associated with weight gain. Also, women who undergo breast cancer treatments often experience a fluctuation in weight.

Stress

Taking too much stress is one of the reason of gaining fat, in today?s life style stress become a common problem, Stress causes the body go into crisis mode. As a result, the body begins to slow down and store fat.

Lack of workout

Not doing physical exercise like walking, jogging ,stretching ,is one of the major causes of gaining extra fat.

Depression

Many men and women engage in what is called "emotional eating." This is a response to depression and an attempt to fill a void in your life through food.

There are many TIPS which lead to reduce weight:

Small meal intake

Divide your meals into 5 to 6 small portions instead of having 3 large meals. By doing so, you tend to feel less hungry as the gap between meals is short. Also, digestion takes place at a faster pace and the metabolism speeds up as well.

Donot eat Fatty Foods

Decrease the intake of fatty foods such as full fat dairy products, deep fried foods, junk foods, aerated drinks, sugary foods, etc. if you have a good control over your food then it is of great help to get rid of excess fat from the body.

Drink lots of water

Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water every day as it flushes toxins from the body thereby boosting the metabolism of the body. You can also have few glasses of green tea as it has anti oxidants, and helps towards reducing unwanted fat from the body. Avoid energy drinks during your workout. Their high-GI carbs can make you pick up body fat. Drink water instead

Healthy diet: fruits and vegetables intake

Increasing the intake of fruits and vegetables is yet another useful tip to lose weight fast. These foods are packed with vital nutrients and vitamins that help in keeping your body in good health and shape. A salad of black beans, peppers, tomatoes, onion and sweet corn with olive oil and lemon helps weight loss. This healthy combination will shed the pounds. Drink grapefruit juice. You?ll lose 2kg in 12 weeks due to its insulin-lowering enzymes.

Do exercise

Doing exercise is very important to burn calories and reduce extra fat from your body. Work out with your leg muscles rather than your upper body. Your body uses more energy-and calories. Some of the best exercises includes walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, aerobics; etc.you can join any gym which will make you regular in doing exercise.

Eat lots of fiber food

It will increase your digestion system and keep you healthy .eat whole grain instead of fiber grain.

Weight loss is not a easy task it needs firm determination and passion. Just Go the Extra Mile and do what is required to control weight gain. You can not reduce weight in just one day, for that a regular practice is required.
