You Can Lose a Pound a Day--Guaranteed

Losing weight quickly is difficult. Anyone who tells you any different is simply not telling the truth. To lose weight you have to sacrifice something. You either have to give up time to work out extensively or you have to give up most of the calories you're used to eating.

I'm going to explain exactly how you can lose a pound every day. If you're driven to lose weight and simply don't have the patience to lose weight over many months or years, keep reading. When I diet, I diet for 20 to 30 days. I lose 20 to 30 pounds. You can, too.

To begin my program I make sure my body is completely cleaned out. You can use an enema or a laxative like Epsom Salt, but you need to be sure you're not clogged up when you start. I prefer to take Epsom Salt in orange juice the morning I start my diet and exercise.

I go on a diet of around 1,000 calories a day. No, you won't starve, and if you choose your foods properly, you won't even feel hungry. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I'm also fond of Lean Cuisine.

Your next step is burning up that 1,000 to 1,200 calories per day on exercise equipment that measures how many calories you burn. It doesn't really matter how many calories you eat each day, but you must burn them up on the exercise equipment before you go to bed that night.

So far, you're eating about 1,000 calories per day, and you're burning up that 1,000 calories per day on your exercise equipment. Exercise off the equipment doesn't count.

A pound of fat is equivalent to about 3,500 calories. You won't burn quite that much during a day unless you're a very active person, but you will burn at least half that much in your normal routine.

Don't stop mowing the yard, cleaning house, jogging, or anything else you do. In fact, you should increase your activity off the exercise equipment. If you do, you will burn up that 3,500 calories every day, and you will lose a pound every day.

I didn't say this would be easy. But look at it this way. It's only 20 to 30 days. You can do anything for 20 to 30 days.

Do be careful about hydration. You need to drink plenty of fluids and get the salt and potassium your body needs to keep it hydrated.

A pound a day--you can do it.
