Exercise Advice: Wrap the exercise band to a door knob or other stationary object. From a standing position, grasp a handle of the exercise band and turn so the band lies in front of your body. Make sure your elbow is bent at 90 degrees. Rotate the arm inward, pivoting at the shoulder joint and slowly rotate the arm back to the starting position.
