Top 3 Diet disasters the pros will not tell you

Ever noticed the trends with diet programs. Way back in the 1950′s there was nothing like a weight loss diet. People were not fat and if they were, it was considered to be a healthy sign. It meant that you were rich and affluent, had enough food to feed a cattle farm. But fast forward year 2015. If you are fat, its a disease. There are at least 30 Diet programs which came and went over the years. The 1990 Saw the Atkins diet. You could buy hcg injections online for weight loss in 2013 and there was raspberry ketones and garcinia cambogia to name a few. The dietitians wanted something to cash on. They made a great business out of Fat people because they were plenty.

What are these professionals not telling you? Well its not just about what you eat. Its all about how you live. Your lifestyle is a major player of how fat you are or how thin you will be. IT’s all about how you live, what you eat and how you eat. How much rest you get , what time you eat, how your activities are scheduled, how much active is your life and more. If you put it in simple terms, there are 3 things which affect your weight.

1. Food habits

2. Rest

3. Workouts.

Food habits include what you eat, how you eat and when you eat. Eating junk food and anything which is not natural can cause problems. Try to keep to a natural diet. Cook what you can and do not eat processed food. Try avoiding anything which is processed. That includes tomato ketchup from the bottle and corn flakes. if its not cooked by you , don’t eat it. Try to avoid sugar. All processed food have some traces of chemicals in the form of preservatives and colors. you dont need it. IF its not adding up to your weight, its going to add up to the toxin levels which may sooner or later be the cause of dangerous diseases like cancer.

Rest is the second most important factor which affects weight loss. if you are not getting enough rest., chances are that you will end up fat. stress levels increase and you need more energy throughout the day. You need 6-8 hours of good sleep. Avoid having coffee at night and try your best to keep away from alcohol before sleep time

Workout. There is nothing more important that activity. Workout adds up to your entire health factor. It improves digestion, creates metabolism, releases endorphin and keeps you happy. There is a good load of reasons why workouts can be so good for you (Apart from the fact that it makes you look younger!

IF you simply follow these 3 principles, you will have a longer and healthier life.
