What are the pros and cons to be an obese person particularly to the children? Obesity is known to be the overweight gaining which not proportion for a person's age and height. Most of the people conclude that why there are people are becoming obese is only because of the too much eating. But that's not only it. There are still other reasons why there are obese people aside from eating too much.

Tracing the cause of obesity among children should consider different things and angle. One angle of the cause of childhood obesity is through biological or genetic adaptation of the children from their parents. There are children that are unknowingly inherited or adopt the genes of his parents. That is why if the parents are obese; there is a possibility that their children will be obese also.

Modern lifestyles are one of the causes of childhood obesity. Nutritious foods are very important especially for the children. Because of the modern lifestyle of the modern people which makes almost all are in an instant, which is why the food which is serve to a child is not nutritious. Furthermore, the jack foods are discovered by the children who actually lack of nutrients needed especially by the children. Instant foods like pizzas, burgers and other fast foods give a chance for those people to disregard to make their own foods nutritious foods.

If a child lacks of exercise then, there is a chance for the child to be an obese one. This is because as a child eats his foods, particularly sweet foods which actually like by most of children, then there is no utilization of the energy or the carbohydrates that nutrient become fats specially for the child who enjoy to play indoor games like board games and computer and game console watching television which the only thing that the child will do is to sit and play.

The effect of the childhood obesity is cut in to two. The first one is the psychological effect and the last one is the physical effect.

The first one is the physical effect which the child obesity will lead to some disease and disorder for instance having diabetes, hypertension and other related ailments for obese people. One the other hand, the second effect of obesity for a child is through psychological or mental effect. This could be depression for the poor acceptance of the people or the other children around him. This is one of the effect of obesity, especially for children, because if his situation is unable for the people around him to accept the child might end up a loner, do not interact with other children which means his self-confidence are somewhat affected by it.
