B.L.T. SALAD

B.L.T. SALAD
2 ounces iceberg lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup tomato, diced, about 1 1/2 ounces
1 teaspoon green onion, sliced
1 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded
1 piec bacon, crisp and crumbled
2 tablespoons ranch dressing or mayonnaise
Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix everything together and serve.

Makes 1 serving
Do not freeze

Per Serving: 320 Calories; 29g Fat; 11g Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 3g Net Carbs

This was very good and I added sliced chicken breast to it.
