Begin Your Weight Loss Journey

     It was a while ago now that I finally managed to lose weight, but before I ever got think and healthy I got scammed dozens of times! I feel very lucky that I ever managed to get rid of my stomach fat at all.

Now that I know about this stuff and have come out the other side lean and healthy, I want to make sure that you too find out how to lose your fatso that you might get a six pack as well. I will say that it does take a little time, effort and energy but that should be fine if your someone who is driven to succeed.

If your not someone who is motivated to push for success, then I'll give you a tactic that I have used and gotten results from in the past. This is my favourite technique and it has two parts. First you imagine how great it would be for you to lose weight. Really imagine every detail about exactly how you would look and feel. Hold that image in your mind and imagine doing what you need to do to get there.

The other part is you should think about 1 year from now what it would be like if you lose your fat and get a great body (the trick is to imagine every detail). Then think about 2 years from now and how much better your life is, how much happier you are and how your finally going for what you want. You can continue doing this for as many years into the future as you like.

To make this even more effective, you can also imagine 1 year ahead if you don't lose your weight. You can imagine how disappointed you are that you never took action and how your unhappy about it. What this will do is give you an idea about what will happen if you don't start losing your weight and what will happen if you do. This should give you all the motivation you need to move away from what you don't want (not losing weight) and moving towards what you do want (getting lean and healthy).

Once your ready and you feel up to take on the challenge, you need to design an eating plan for your diet. Do it right away, so that you can put that inspiration you feel straight into designing your diet. Try and include fat burning foods like fruit and veg and do your best not to eat more than 10 calories per pound of your bodyweight.

You should also start doing cardio as that will get you burning fat really fast. You can choose just about any kind of cardio training you like and just make sure that you do it almost daily. Don't skimp on this because this can be really effective so long as you work yourself up a sweat and push yourself to burn off those calories.

And that should be all you need to do to get a six pack, because once you lose your stomach fat your abs will show underneath.
