raw food chef school

Hi Jenny,

I read a response from you in my searhch for Live/raw Foods Chef training. I am familiar with Living Light in Fort Bragg and would like to know if you would recommend it . There do not seem to  be many schools for this in Northern Cal.

Hello Joayn-

Yes, Living Light is run by very professional people and seems to have a very solid foundation for living foods. The school is kept up very nicely, with nice facilities, and is set in a beautiful location. Other than that you can attend certification programs by other chefs like myself and also alissa cohen. Then there is more advanced training that I would recommend after you get a good foundation going. We are down here is southern california so it sounds like living light would be a bit closer for you, alissa is back east in massachusets. I hope this helps.
