Are diet pills safe to lose weight and then quit?

Question
i know diets pills arent the best way to go about losing weight. But i have tied many things in the past without sucess. Anyways I have two qustions. One are they safe and two when you stop taking them wont you gain all the weight you had lost? Or are you supposed to stay on them?

Answer

There are different diet pills (appetite suppressing, fat burning, diuretics, carb blockers, fat blockers, etc.) but non is completely safe since there's no really targeted pills. All of them affect too many other bodily functions.

As to quitting the pills, it depends on the way of eating and exercising you stick with after. But then, why not starting with just that: watching what you eat and how you exercise?
