How much potassium is in oatmeal.  I am on a low potassium diet and this is not addressed.  Thank you.

Here are a few numbers, for 100 grams of product

QUAKER, Non-Fortified Instant Oatmeal:
- Dry 384 mg
- Cooked with 3 parts of water for one part of oatmeal 94 mg

KELLOGG'S Complete Oat Bran Flakes, dry 400 mg
Whole non-instant oat cereal, cooked with water 56 mg

Oat bread 142 mg
Oat bran bread 147 mg
