Renal Disease

Question
Tanya, My Friend was just recently diagnoeed with End Stage Kidney Disease and is now undergoing Kidney dialysis. I and several members of our church will be bringing in food to her for a while and need to know what to prepare and how to prepare sodium and potassium restricted foods for her. We are desperate as none of us has ever had to worry about this before. Also I purchased some sodium free spices  but don't know if I can use these because of her Low poassium diet. If you can respond today We would appreciate this as I have to take dinner to her today.   Thank You, Robyn Bosley
