SPINACH SALAD

LAURIE'S SPINACH SALAD
Per serving:
1 ounce fresh spinach, chopped
1 ounce leaf lettuce, torn
1 tablespoon red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon sliced almonds, toasted
1 tablespoon Laurie's Salad Dressing

Toss all of the ingredients together.

Makes 1 serving
Do not freeze

Per Serving: 151 Calories; 14g Fat; 3g Protein; 5g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 3g Net Carbs

My cousin, Laurie, made this for a tea party we had and she included mandarin oranges. I left those out and substituted Splenda for the sugar in the original recipe. This salad is also very good with leftover bulkogi (Korean beef) added to it. It's good with the beef heated or cold.
