I AM VERY SMART AND MY SKIN COLOUR IS ALSO WHITE,BUT MY BEAUTY IS HIDDEN BEHIND OBESITY.I AM FAT AND MY HEIGHT IS ALSO NOT GROWING.MY WEIGHT IS 70KG AND HEIGHT IS 5FEET & MY AGE IS 14 YEARS.I ALSO WANT TO BE SLIMY.
SO KINDLY HELP ME........................

Shivani, given your young age, I am going to have to defer your question to your mother. You are at a very impressionable age and I do not think weight loss need be your focus but rather developing a strong sense of self based on your positive traits and strengths rather than the appearance of your body.

Take it from a woman who has dieted all her life--it isn't the answer!

Focus within and you will do much better in life--eat healthful foods, drink water and exercise and the rest will take care of itself.

Please, talk to your mother and fater about your concerns.
