Hi Marci,

I wanted to know what exercises are good to do for th elower body.  I really dont have that much time to work out, can you provide a solution for a stay at home mom that has a really  busy schedule?

Hi Marina,


In regards to your question some good exercises for the lower body would be squats and lunges.  These are good exercises to do for a busy person like yourself since they are multi-joint exercises.  This means they work more than 1 muscle group (time saver!)
