lactose

Question
If lactose is the sugar in milk, and I buy 100% lactose free milk, why does the label indicate some 11 grams of sugar?

Answer
Jon,
Lactose is just one component of pasteurised (or as I prefer to call it-poisoned)milk. There are proteins and whey and fat all contain sugars.
I strongly recommend staying away from dairy products as they do more harm than good in our bodies. I use soy and rice milks instead.

I also abide by the information at www.thinkslimntrim.org/information

Nevil
