Hi i'm 39 yrs old,i'm asian,married with 2 grown ups kids,had to get my utruess and ovaries removed when i was 22 due to miscarriage and docters mistake.I'm on a harmone patch.
I cant seem to maintain my weight,i have to starve myself to stay thin, like about 112 pounds when my height is 5.1,the minute i start to eat a bit i start to put on weight so fast,tell me is it wrong to mix vegetables with chicken or have fruit and vegetable or mix nuts with your meal i'm confused i need help, i want to lose 10 to 15 pounds but i jst cant seem to, pls help me if i could get a diet plan or something.
