I was wondering what a healthy monthly weightloss would be...I am 120lbs and would like to lose 10 lbs by this time next month, is that healthy? And if so what should my daily caloric intake be?

  Thank you for your nutrition question. Healthy weight loss is 1-2lbs daily. Attempting to lose 8-10lbs by next month is a reasonable goal.  Most women are able to lose weight at about 1,500 calories daily. Make sure to never go below 1,200 calories because that would be dangerous to your health.  Check out www.mypyramid.gov to create a healthy eating plan to help you accomplish your goals!
