ezekiel 4:9 bread

Question
Is Ezekiel 4:9 bread nutritionally equivalent to other whole wheat breads?  I'm confused about this, because the ingredients do not say "whole wheat." Rather they say "org sprouted wheat, org sprouted barley," etc.  This is a flourless bread.
Please clarify.

Answer
I believe it is made from the actual grains and NOT flour so it is not made like bread is.  I do not have any nutritionals for the product so cannot compare it to whole wheat bread nutritionally but it sounds like it would be nutritious because it is made from grains, lentils, soybeans, etc...
They do not say whole wheat because it is not made from whole wheat flour.
If you want to send along some nutritionals from the package I could give you more insight.
