tea while fasting

Question
"tea is a heated product so works on the body much like cooked food, so can't be too healthy re regeneration."

I see but could you explain what does it exactly mean that it works much like cooked food? It would give me motivation to break a habit :)

"Perhaps you could try switching to raw, freshly squeezed fruit juices if you have a decent juicer of your own, for the moment?"

I' ve got blender so I guess it' s not for use while fasting.

Answer
I mean that any kind of heating will produce heat-created toxins like advanced glycation end products, polyclic aromatic hydrocarbons etc. etc. Granted, boiling in water causes smaller amounts of heat-created toxins to be formed, so tea is a little "less worse" than some other cooked foods, but that's all. Meantime, every time you drink tea you will be absorbing toxins, thus slowing down recovery, perhaps to 0 due to the body wasting its time on getting rid of such toxins rather than focusing on healing/recovery.. By switching to water or raw, freshly squeezed fruit-juice, you will   improve your health faster.
