Food Sources of Potassium and Magnesium

Question
Hi.

I have leg cramps, and it has been suggested that I do not have enough potassium and magnesium in my diet.

I was wondering if you knew where I could find lists of foods that contain these? I have done a little research on my own, but I'm not sure how accurate my research is.

I am allergic to bananas.

Should I eat to get my recommended amount or should I take supplements?

Also, my grandma says I should be taking vitamins anyway. What kinds of vitamins?

I'm female, age 20.

Answer
