ANSWER: Well, that's a big question. I'm not sure I'd recommend a specific diet, but what I can say is that eating fruits and vegetables that are high in antioxidants will help you enormously. Berries and leafy green veggies are key to getting more antioxidants.

Try not to dry out your skin as well. Keeping out of the sun as much as possible also will help. You might also consider taking a multivitamin that includes antioxidants such as C, E, and beta carotene.

Berries of all kinds, especially blueberries are high in vit. C. Mangoes are very beneficial. You want to select fruits with the most colorful flesh because they will be the highest in vitamins. Cranberries are good as well. Make sure these are fresh, and not dried fruits.
