How can a vegan get a V shape torso?

Question
Hi Tanya,

I am a seventeen year old teenager. I weight about 190ish? I haven't looked at the scale in awhile! I am 5'11, and I wanted to get slimmer this summer. Unfortunately, I can't afford a gym membership... and I don't seem to loose weight by running on the treadmill. I am a Vegan; and I eat very healthy. But, I wanted some input from someone that knows weight loss stuff. Now I want to loose weight and I want to finally see a V shape torso! So..... yeah. Let me know if you can help me!

Thank you.

Answer
Aidan,

To reach your goal, you should figure out a couple of things about yourself.

1. What are your 190 pounds consist of - fat, muscle?

2. What is you fitness level and whether or not it allows you physical exertion needed for losing fat, building muscle? Because the V-shape does require body restructuring, you know.

3. Eating healthy, do you indeed get enough protein and essential fats?
