On the go snacks

Question
I'm very busy person and often find myself on the road starving having to go through drive thru restraunts or having something ordered out. Are there any good meals/snacks that are easy to cary around as well as tasty and filling?

Answer
Dear Tyler,

There are good snacks for most of the diets. How good they are depends on your current way of eating - WOE as they often put it. For instance, carrot or celery srticks are exemplary snacks on a low fat but not on a low carb WOE. For low carb, it'd be string cheese or a handful of nuts or seeds. However, any of these are good only if you are well into your current WOE, only then they are filling.

On our Banta Diet (bantadiet.com) we precalculated what we called Fat Burning Index of foods and offered a long list of "free" foods, any amount of these foods are good as snacks. If you are curious, you might want to read there what's the matter with these foods.

Hope it helps. Please feel free to follow up to tell me about your WOE, then I can answer accordingly.
